Utilities & Services
The City of Rosser does not provide municipal utility services. Residents and businesses must select and contract with their own service providers. City and county requirements may apply depending on property location.
New to Rosser? We recommend arranging electric, internet, trash, water/well, and septic services before moving into or developing a property. New land development may require both city and county approvals. New builds and mobile homes, new or upgrades, require city permits before work starts.
